1. Who we are
The neliqo.com website and the Neliqo service are provided by Codexa EOOD (Кодекса ЕООД), UIC: 208878288, address: 7B Yordan Radichkov St., Sofia, Bulgaria, phone: +359 889 089 899, email: hello@neliqo.com. Codexa EOOD is the controller of the personal data we process through this website.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit neliqo.com, request a demo or contact us. When a company uses the Neliqo platform under a contract, processing of data from its connected systems is additionally governed by that contract and a data processing agreement, under which the customer is the controller and we act as processor.
3. What data we process
- Contact details: the work email you enter in the demo form, and your name, company, job title and phone number if you send them to us.
- Content of communication: questions and information about your business that you share with us by email or during a demo.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, requested pages and time of visit, recorded automatically by our hosting provider in server logs for security and maintenance.
- Website usage data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about the pages you visit, visit duration, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the website. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- Browser settings: your language choice and your cookie choice are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us. See our Cookie Policy.
This website does not use advertising or remarketing tools.

5. The demo request form
The form on this website does not send data to a server. After you enter your email, it opens your email app with a prepared message to hello@neliqo.com. We only receive your data if you send that message. We use it to contact you about the demo and do not send you marketing messages without separate consent.
6. AI analysis and third parties
Neliqo is an AI product. To answer questions about a business, the platform sends the necessary data from connected systems (for example ERP, CRM, online store, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads) to providers of AI models (large language models), which analyse it and return an answer. Such providers may also be used when preparing a demo if you give us sample data.
- We send AI providers only the data needed for the specific question or analysis.
- Providers process the data on our behalf, on our instructions and under a written agreement with appropriate safeguards.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
- Data you enter in the demo form on this website is not sent to AI models.
The list of AI providers and other sub-processors we use is provided to customers with the contract and on request at hello@neliqo.com.
7. Recipients of data
Data may be accessible to providers that help us run the website and the service: hosting and infrastructure, email, AI model providers, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only with your consent), as well as accountants and public authorities where required by law. Each recipient only has access to the data needed for its task.
8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers, including AI model providers and Google, may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, transfers take place only on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (for example the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified) or the Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where needed.
9. Retention
We keep data from requests and correspondence for as long as needed to communicate with you and for a possible contract, but no longer than 2 years after the last contact unless you become a customer. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
10. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, including for cookies via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. To exercise your rights, email us at hello@neliqo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
11. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and a separate environment for each customer's data, to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No transmission of data over the internet is completely risk-free.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, the service or the law changes. The current version, with the date of the last change, is always published on this page. See also our Terms of Use.
